FAQ + Policy

Order Processing:

Commissions may take anywhere from a couple of weeks to a couple of months to make and dispatch depending on how busy my current commissions are.

Original artwork sales will be processed & shipped within 3-5 working days.


Artworks are packaged flat to ensure flatness of the paper. Artworks will be protected with glassine paper, placed in an archival plastic sleeve and padded with board & cardboard to ensure a safe transit.

Presentation packaging is available at an extra cost.


All orders are shipped from the UK.

UK shipping is £10, international shipping ranges from £15-£50 depending on size & location.

Each piece is sent with Royal Mail special delivery.

Address & Delivery:

Please make sure to double check the given delivery address before purchasing. If you notice it is incorrect, please email me ASAP with the correction (shaymusart@gmail.com). If the items has already been sent with the incorrect address then I will be unable to alter it to the correct address.

If the artwork was sent but unclaimed and then returned to me, I am happy to re-send the artwork however the buyer will have to front the cost of shipping it again.

Returns & Refunds:

Commissioned portrait sales are final and booking fee’s cannot be returned or refunded if work has already started.

In the unfortunate and highly unlikely case of a damaged product, please feel free to simply contact me to see if resolutions can be made.


Any additional custom and tax fees that may occur when the package reaches your country are the responsibility of the buyer.

Artwork accuracy:

As a result of having different screens across devices, the colours may vary of the artwork to how you view it on your own device.

By ordering any of these products, you agree to be bound by these terms & conditions.

By placing an order, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old or have parents’ permission.

Shipping costs and payment fees are recognised before purchase.

Note that all custom taxes are a responsibility of the customer.
